Such a beautiful pair of premium quality 9ct solid yellow gold earrings set with two amazing genuine premium quality SI graded aquamarines mined from the coveted Santa Maria region of Brazil where some of the finest example of gemstone is sourced!  Each aquamarine has been step cut into the attractive octagon shape and measures 6mm x 4mm with a combined weight of 1.01 carats so not tiny gemstones! Please be assured, the aquamarines are NOT LAB CREATED.  They are natural apart from receiving some heat treatment which is a totally acceptable practice throughout the gemstone industry.  The aquamarines are a beautiful pastel blue with a good depth of colour unlike many we have sourced and rejected that can be so pale and near colourless!  To add that touch more luxury, a halo of genuine Cambodian mined white zircon have been set around the aquamarine and at the top of the design. Please do not confuse zircon with the man made cubic zirconia, zircon is a natural gemstone, one of the oldest known to Mankind with the brilliance of a diamond! The drop of each earring is approximately 25mm x 7mm wide and the earrings are secured with shepherd hooks.
