Such a beautiful pair of completely natural SI graded purple spinel have been set into 9ct yellow gold stud earrings. The spinel was mined from Mother Earth in the Mehenge region ofTanzania where some of the finest examples of this gemstone is found. Each spinel measures 6mm x 4mm with a combined weight of 1.04 carats so not small gemstones at a tad over 1/2 a carat each! To add that touch more luxury, a halo of Cambodian mined white zircon envelops each spinel, such a stunning look. Please do not confuse zircon with the man made cubic zirconia, zircon is one of the oldest gemstones known to Mankind with the brilliance of a diamond. The earrings are secured with butterfly fasteners and the design of each earrings measures approximately 9mm x 7mm wide so a good size for everyday wear.
