So much fire to this amazing gemstone with the brilliance of a diamond!   Zircon is not to be confused with the man made cubic zirconia, zircon is a natural gemstone, one of the oldest known to Mankind with the brilliance of a diamond and was mined from Mother Earth in the renowned Umba Valley region of Tanzania.  It is of the utmost importance to us as a seller of jewellery that gemstone treatments are disclosed and we can confirm that this zircon has received heat treatment only which is a totally acceptable practice throughout the gemstone industry. The zircon measures 7mm round with a weight of 2.05 carats so a large example of this gemstone! The colour of this zircon is just mesmerising, it is like a rich rose gold in colour with pink tones, one of the most beautiful colours we have seen in a gemstone.
