Such a pretty delicate 10k yellow gold ring attractively set with 14 rare natural alexandrite’s Alexandrite is a pleochroic (trichroic) gem and will exhibit emerald green, through to grey/blues/mauves/reds dependent on lighting. We have taken photos to demonstrate the colour change properties one under UV light where the bright reds are evident and then the mauves/grey under artificial lighting. The gold has been independently hallmarked 417 by the Assay Office in Birmingham, UK. Most importantly, the ring you see in our photos and video is the ring you will receive and not part of a bulk lot that other jewellery retailers display on their websites.
