Please be assured, the sapphires are genuine and NOT lab produced. The pink and green sapphires are completely natural and all the others have received some heat treatment which is a totally acceptable practice with the gemstone industry. The sapphires vary in size from 2.9mm to 2.1mm round so not tiny chips by any means! The length of the design is approximately 13.5mm x 12mm wide so a nice every day wear size. The silver weight of this rings is 3.07g so not a flimsy piece! For your reassurance, the silver has been hallmarked 925 in the UK.
