This is a truly beautiful 10k yellow gold ring attractively set with 4 rare natural alexandrite’s with a combined weight of 1.55 carats so large stones at over 1/3rd of a carat each and measuring 5mm x 4mm. Alexandrite is a pleochroic (trichroic) gem and will exhibit emerald green, through to grey/blues/mauves/reds dependent on lighting. We have taken photos to demonstrate the colour change properties one under UV light where the bright reds are evident and then the mauves/grey under artificial lighting. The transparency of the alexandrite is exquisite compared to many we have sourced and rejected that can be very cloudy and included. To add that touch more luxury, Cambodian mined white zircon has been set into the design. Please do not confuse zircon with the man made cubic zirconia, zircon is a natural gemstone, one of the oldest known to Mankind with the brilliance of a diamond. The actual design measures approximately 14mm x 14mm and please be assured, the gold has been independently hallmarked 417 by the Assay Office in Birmingham, UK. Most importantly, the ring you see in our photos and video is the ring you will receive and not part of a bulk lot that other jewellery retailers display on their websites. PLEASE NOTE: This ring has been gauged as a UK size P 1/2 but we are sure would fit comfortably on a ring size P or Q. There would be no problem having the ring re-sized within reason.
