1.26ct Natural Emerald Earrings Yellow Gold ‘CERTIFIED’ Fab Colour and Glow! 7mm x 5mm Stones

Such an amazing colour to the emeralds set into a pair of 9k yellow gold stud earrings. The emeralds are from the Kafubu Mining Area in Zambia and is one of the largest suppliers of gem-quality emeralds in the world, second to Colombia. The emeralds are an amazing vibrant spearmint green colour with amazing glow unlike many we have sourced and rejected that can be quite dark in colour. Emeralds being a type III gemstone will have natural inclusions which is referred to in the trade as jardin! Please be assured, the emeralds are natural, as natural as Mother Earth created and are NOT lab created as are a vast amount of “emeralds” on the market today! Although natural, the emeralds have received some oiling to their surface. This is a perfectly acceptable practice throughout the gemstone industry. The combined weight of the two emeralds is 1.26 and carats, each emerald measuring 7mm x 5mm and are oval in shape and over 1/2 a carat each so not tiny stones by any means! To add that touch more luxury, genuine Cambodian mined white zircon have been set into the top of the design which measures approximately 12mm long x 5mm wide. Please do not confuse zircon with the man made cubic zirconia, zircon is a natural gemstone, one of the oldest known to Mankind with the brilliance of a diamond. The earrings are secured with butterfly fasteners. Please be assured, the gold has been hallmarked in the UK.
