The tanzanite measures an impressive 6.5mm x 6.5mm with a weight of 1.01 carats so over the magic 1 carat mark! Such a great depth of colour to this tanzanite which can be described as a vivid blue/violet with flashes of pink in certain lights. Along with colour, it is also an extremely important factor when choosing your tanzanite that the stone has excellent clarity and cut and we must say this stone is superb. To add that touch more luxury, genuine Cambodian mined white zircon have been set into the design.
