WOWOW! Such a beautiful 18k yellow gold ring set with a whole one carat of natural Australian Argyle diamonds. The Argyle mine is highly regarded in the industry and is the location for the world’s finest natural coloured diamonds and are certainly sought after by avid collectors. Approximately 5% of diamonds from the Argyle mine are deemed gemstone quality which is a low yield in comparison to the average of 20% from other diamond mines. The centre diamond alone weighs 0.40 points and measures an impressive 4.6mm round so a large diamond! Set either side of the centre diamond are a further 2 x 4.1mm round diamonds with a combined weight of over 1/2 a carat! A further 4 x 1.5mm round and 4 x 1.3mm diamonds have been set into the shoulders, each of the eleven diamonds being from the Argyle mine! Just 1 of the larger diamonds set into a solitaire ring would certainly be a considered purchase! Such fabulous sparkle from these diamonds, pure liquid gold!
