This is such a beautiful ring. The trilogy of pear shape tanzanites are superb in both colour and clarity with an impressive combined carat weight of 1.80 and each gemstone measures 7mm x 5mm and weighs over 1/2 a carat each!! The tanzanites have been graded AA for colour saturation and can be described as a vivid violet/blue with flashes of pink. In our opinion, this grading is on the conservative side and would say that these tanzanites are more suited to the AAA grading! Usually we only find this quality of tanzanite set into the gold pieces but sometimes we get lucky and find exceptional stones set into silver which of course, we can then offer at a much reduced price to our customers! To buy a loose gemstone of this quality would cost so much more than our web price!! These beautiful gemstones have been set into a premium quality Sterling silver ring which has been hallmarked 925.
