WOWOW! Such an amazing colour and glow to this beautiful emerald, a deposit mined from the famous Malysheva region of the Ural Mountains in Siberia, Russia. The emerald’s colour is a vivid spearmint green with an inner glow and measures an impressive 8mm x 6mm with a weight of 1.03 carats, so a large gemstone and over the magic 1 carat mark! The emerald has been set into a 9ct yellow gold ring. To add that touch more luxury, genuine rare green diamonds have been set into the shoulders. Being a type III gemstone, emeralds do have some natural inclusions but this emerald has extremely good transparency unlike many that we have sourced and rejected. Although the emerald is natural, it has received some oil to the surface to enhance its lustre, this is a perfectly acceptable practice within the gemstone industry. Please be assured, the gold has been independently hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office in the UK. We are sure that whoever decides to buy this ring will be thrilled with their purchase.
