Such a stunning 10k white gold ring set with a beautiful oval shaped genuine Ceylon sapphire measuring 6mm x 5mm with a weight of 0.90 points so a large example of this gemstone! Please be assured, the sapphire is not lab created, glass filled or even irradiated but has received some heat treatment which is an accepted practice within the gemstone industry and around 95% of sapphires worldwide will have received this treatment. The colour of the sapphire is a beautiful rich cornflower blue with great colour saturation, one of the best for colour we have sourced in a long while. To add that touch more luxury, genuine African mined blue diamonds have been set into the design which has been rhodium plated. It has been difficult to source Ceylon sapphires, the prices have soared!! Sapphires from Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon) are the most coveted sapphires and are said to be of the finest quality.
