Such a beautiful premium quality Sterling silver ring set with an Australian crystal opal (formerly known as boulder opal).  The opal measures 7mm x 5mm so not a tiny stone by any means with great flashes of colour, pink/red being in abundance!  We have taken a photo in direct sun light so we are able to demonstrate the colours more clearly.  To add that touch more luxury, genuine white topaz have been set as a halo around the opal, such a pretty look!  The boulder opal has been re-launched across the industry now as crystal opal which is set on the host ironstone rock so the COA will refer to this gemstone now as crystal opal.  Please be assured, the silver has been hallmarked 925 in the UK. We are sure that whoever decides to purchase this ring will be thrilled with their purchase.
