This is such a beautiful ring set with a genuine round brilliant cut AA graded Tanzanite with fantastic colour saturation measuring 6.25mm x 6.25mm so not a small stone! Please be assured, the tanzanite has been professionally authenticated and graded for colour by a reputable jeweller which is an extremely important factor when purchasing these rare gemstones! The colour of the tanzanite set into this ring is a stunning vibrant violet/blue with flashes of pink and has been graded AA for intensity of colour. When choosing a premium quality tanzanite, it is extremely important factor for the colour, clarity and cut to be of a high standard and must say this stone is superb in all three qualities. Because of the crystal structure of the tanzanite, the round shape is one of the most expensive to cut due to wastage but offers the most brilliance of all the shapes so worth the extra expense! this gorgeous gemstone has been set into 9k yellow gold which has been independently hallmarked by the Assay Office in Birmingham, UK.
