A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY WILL ACCOMPANY THIS RING, ISSUED BY ONE OF THE MOST REPUTABLE UK BASED GEM COMPANIES
WOWOWOW!! What an impressive sized tanzanite! This is an extremely beautiful high end piece of jewellery and has been set with a large AA graded tanzanite which has been cut into one of the most attractive cushion shapes. The stone measures 8.75mm x 8.75mm and weighs an impressive 3.34 carats!! The depth of colour of this tanzanite is fabulous, a beautiful vivid blue/violet with flashes of pink. In our opinion, this tanzanite should be an AAA grade, surely a printing error on the COA?! We have seen AAA graded tanzanites which are inferior quality to this tanzanite!! To find even a graded tanzanite of this carat weight under 4 figures is amazing! Set either side of the tanzanite are 2 x 2mm genuine round brilliant cut diamonds, SI1-2 graded so lots of sparkle!! All these beautiful gemstones have been set into 14k yellow gold which has been indendently hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office in the UK. The gold weight is 2.54g so not a flimsy piece! Please be assured, the tanzanite set into this ring has been professionally authenticated by a reputable jeweller which is an extremely important factor when purchasing these rare gemstones! This ring really does look stunning and is priced to sell at such a large carat weight. It is doubtful that we will be seeing tanzanite of this carat weight and quality for sale under 4 figures in the not too distant future as currently, the yields from the artisinal mines are none existant so prices are spiralling out of control!! Invest now before prices become too expensive!! If you decide to purchase this ring, why not ask your local jeweller for an appraisal, we are sure you will be shocked to see how much the replacement value of this ring would be!!
It is an extremely important factor when choosing your tanzanite that the stone has an excellent colour, clarity and cut and this stone is superb in all 3 areas. The ring is hand crafted to a high standard and is NOT mass machine produced.
It is also very important to purchase tanzanite that is accompanied with either a Certificate of Authenticity from a reputable jeweller or is certified by a recognised gemological institute. It is evident that the market has been flooded with many tanzanites that have been coated to enhance the colour or the worst case scenario, violet/blue glass!
The ring is brand new with tag and will be delivered to you in a premium quality presentation box as pictured. Looking at the same size and quality of tanzanite rings in the more reputable high street jewellers it was astounding to see the prices they are commanding for this carat weight of graded tanzanite, certainly into 4 figures!!
Please be assured, the ring you see in our photos is the ring that will be sent to you and is not part of a bulk lot which some retailers display on their websites!
If you are not 100% happy with this ring, we will gladly accept a return and will reimburse you for the full cost. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for taking the time to view our website and please feel confident in purchasing from Tam’s Tanzanites in the knowledge that we have sourced vast amounts of tanzanite and please be assured, we only select the finest quality of stones for saturation of colour and clarity to offer for sale on our website unlike a lot of tanzanite that is graded AA or even AAA and is so pale!
Please take a look at our feedback from hundreds of satisfied customers who have bought predominantly tanzanite from our Ebay store and we are happy to say, have now established a fantastic customer base who return to us regularly.

Tanzanite really is a good investment. 1,000 times rarer than diamond. A spokesman from the Tanzanite Authority said it was difficult to ascertain exactly what the price of tanzanite would be in the future, with many expecting the price to reach anywhere from $10,000 to $15,000 per carat during the next decade, however, what is for certain is that supply is infinite and the demand for the stone continues to rise as developing markets such as India and China continue to drive demand upwards. Towards the end of the 1990’s tanzanite had established itself as the most popular selling gemstone in the world outselling most coloured gemstones!
