What a fabulous find! 2.76 carats of bi-colour tanzanites set into a pair of yellow gold earrings, each tanzanite measuring an impressive 8mm x 6mm and well over 1 carat in each ear! The bi-colour tanzanites are much rarer to source than the A graded stones, they have more flashes of greens, greys and pinks. It is difficult to describe the colour as it looks different dependant upon the light source! Please be assured, the tanzanites have been certified by a professional jeweller which so important when buying these gemstones! The length of the earrings from the top of the shepherds hook measures approximately 26mm. The prices of tanzanite has escalated so much over the last year due to low yields and it is becoming more difficult to source these beautiful graded gemstones at reasonable prices! Please take advantage of our prices before they become too inflated! We are certainly sure that whoever decides to buy these earrings will be thrilled with their purchase.

Tanzanite really is a good investment. 1,000 times rarer than diamond. A spokesman from the Tanzanite Authority said it was difficult to ascertain exactly what the price of tanzanite would be in the future, with many expecting the price to reach anywhere from $10,000 to $15,000 per carat during the next decade, however, what is for certain is that supply is infinite and the demand for the stone continues to rise as developing markets such as India and China continue to drive demand upwards. Towards the end of the 1990’s tanzanite had established itself as the most popular selling gemstone in the world outselling most coloured gemstones!
