The ruby measures 5mm x 4mm with a weight of 0.38 points. Please be assured, the ruby is genuine and has only received heat and light element treatment to enhance its colour which is a totally acceptable practice throughout the gemstone industry. The ruby is NOT lab created or the much less valuable glass filled rubies you see on the market! The ruby has the most exquisite vivid red colour with a lovely glow, simply superb with great translucency! The design of this ring is simple yet stylish allowing the emphasis to be on the ruby.
